The qubeBOX combines cutting-edge sensor technology into a single central unit - completely wireless and independent of the simulation manikin used. The system handles routine tasks automatically, noticeably reducing the workload for instructors during scenario control. Full attention stays right where it is needed: on team performance and debriefing.
With Hardware-Version V2, the qubeBOX features an optimized housing design: while delivering the same reliable sensor technology and functionality, it now fits even more seamlessly into the side pocket of the qubeL hardware set.
Sensor features at a glance:
- Smart SpO₂ detection: Automatically detects physical contact - the saturation waveform only appears on the monitor once the sensor is actually applied to the finger or manikin.
- Precise real-time CPR feedback: Transmits compression rate, depth, and recoil directly to the CPR dashboard on the controller iPad for immediate, in-depth evaluation.
- Smart ventilation sensor: Captures ventilation rate and volume (both during bag-valve-mask ventilation and via a ventilator) and synchronously generates respiratory rate and etCO₂ waveforms.
- Realistic defibrillation: Enables authentic shock delivery with real hard paddles directly within the scenario.
- Wireless mobility: Thanks to wireless data transmission and an autonomous power supply via power bank, teams can train anywhere - in the simulation center, hospital, or ambulance.

qubeCONNECT
With qubeCONNECT SKILLQUBE offers for the first time a connection between a manikin and the qubeSERIES. This allows us to integrate data such as CPR depth, frequency and rescue or ventilation volumes directly from the manikin into our system. qubeCONNECT starts with the companies Ambu and Gaumard, but others will follow. The connection is realised via API (Application Programming Interface).
